Depending on what we carry in stock, please allow 7-12 business days(up to 2 wks) for your shipment to arrive, if there are any delays we will notify you of such changes. Holiday Orders-Please place your order at least 2 wks in advanced to guarantee Holiday delivery, it is the customers own responsibility to allow ample time for their order.
Many of our items are considered custom orders
*Oversized Items may take longer than 5-12 business days. We will notify you if this is the case. Additional charges apply to oversized items-An email notification will be sent listing the additional charge. We use US postal Service,DHL and UPS for delivery. When your item ships, you will receive a confirmation email for your order & you will be given a tracking number--this applies to US residents only.
Please make sure the shipping address provided is a valid shipping address-The Tweet Shoppe will not be held responsible for invalid addresses given by the customer. It is the customers responsiblility to provide a valid shipping address to The Tweet Shoppe.

IN-STORE PICK UP
If you are located within CT, you may opt to pick up your order at the store at no extra charge. No Shipping Fees! Please allow up to 10 business days (2 wks) for your order to be ready --not all items are available at the store, some must be special ordered--As soon as your order is ready for pickup, we will call you & send you an email to notify you that your order is available for pick up.
Business days are Tuesday - Saturday Excluding Holidays

RETURN POLICY:
Online Refunds are given either by Store Merchandise Credit or by Refund Thru Paypal
Returns:
We are not responsible for any damage that is caused during shipping. We cannot honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original new condition. We cannot accept returns on items over 15 days from purchase.
In the case of a return, you may receive a full refund of the purchase price - 20% restock fee (exceptions listed below). However, the refund will not include the shipping and handling costs. You must do the following :
-You must notify us within 7 business days if you intend on returning the item for an exchange or refund. Failure to do so gives The Tweet Shoppe the right to deny any issue of a refund or credit. You may contact us by phone or email.
-We must receive the item within 30 days from when your order was delivered to you.
-Item must be in the original condition it was in when it was shipped to you (cannot be opened and used)
-Please send back merchandise in the original packaging or similiar packaging
-We highly suggest you obtain delivery confirmation for proof of delivery, however we will notify you by email when we do receive the returned item.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping Charges for exchanged orders are the responsibility of the customer. We will contact you via email with what those shipping charges will be.
*Buyer is responsible for refund fee(if any)from processing company
*Returns that are eligible for a refund or credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will issue a refund or credit upon acceptance and inspection of returned merchandise. This does not apply to exchanges
Cancelled Orders:
Orders cancelled for any reason are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Customers who cancel orders will be refunded the purchase price less the 20% fee. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Defective Items:
Please contact us at the email below & it can be returned to us for a full refund ----You must notify us within 3 days of receiving item if it is defective.
Backorders/Discontinued Items:
Back ordered items are shipped as soon as available & customer is notified immediately if an item is on back order & when the expected delivery date is. We are continuously adding new products to our online store every day.
We carry many items & try to keep our inventory as up to date as possible, if for any reason an item has been discontinued-we will issue you a full refund for that item & send notification to you asap.
